Hurricane Katrina - Another firsthand account

So I found a great firsthand account from two katrina refugees about how terribly the situation is being handled on the ground. I'll reserve my comments for later when I have something constructive to say.

I suppose we can excuse the soldiers and police for their inability to tell the difference between friendly refugees and violent looters. After all, these Americans all look the same anyway.
